In addition, Attorney Mehrmann serves as corporate counsel to numerous closely held corporations that engage in all types of business.  As a corporate attorney, he routinely represents clients in the purchase, lease, and development of real estate, in employment disputes and relations, in negotiating franchise and distribution agreements, and in counseling company owners in day-to-day business operations.Attorney Mehrmann is licensed to practice in all Massachusetts State Courts as well as before the United States District Court. He also regularly practices before the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents and has represented hundreds of injured employees over the years.

He resides on the South Shore, is the father of five sons, and was active in youth sports for many years.  When not working, he enjoys traveling, fitness, and outdoor activities of any type.
